How does it work?
It’s a very simple process spanning 4 stages from application to final asset handover.
When you apply to work with our students, we ask you to fill n a quick questionnaire. Afterwards we will get in touch with you and schedule a Zoom call to better understand the project and your needs. If the scope of the project is feasible, we will work with you to decide on the best dates to work with the students.
It’s the big day! Projects usually kick off on a Monday, but we can work with you if that particular Monday is inconvenient. You will attend the class via Zoom and share the details of the project. Students will ask you questions about the company, industry, and anything else that they’d need. This meeting usually takes an hour.
For about 3 weeks our students will work on your project. With weekly meetings you will always be across progress, and will be able to give feedback on the direction.
While students are doing the bulk of the work, they are assisted by industry professionals who make sure that the work is of highest standard – so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
When the project is done (usually after 3-4 weeks), you will have a final meeting with designers. During that meeting students will present you with the final design, and give you access to all the files they’ve created in the progress. That could be Figma design files, Miro/Mural, personas, customer journeys etc. – anything tat they’ve created during the project.
With research findings in particular, many clients use it on other projects too, as the insights are invaluable!
